The Kanawha-Charleston Health Department will be administering Covid Vaccines at Riverside High School on Tuesday, March 30th to students age 16-18.

The Vaccine Clinic will be held in the Auxiliary Gym beginning at 9:00am and ending at 12:00pm.

To receive the shot, students MUST have the their completed Consent and PreVaccination Checklist (completed and signed by their legal guardian).

Parents of Guardians only need to be with their child if they are unable to print and/or complete the forms to send with their child.

Printed copies of the forms will be available at the vaccine clinic and Kanawha-Charleston Health Department staff will be available to assist any parents or guardians who may need help with the forms or who have questions regarding the vaccine.

We ask that any Parents, Guardians, eLearning or Virtual School Students enter the Aux Gym directly through the outside door.  Please do not travel through the school to get to the Aux Gym.

"In-Seat" students being vaccinated will be called out of class at the appropriate time during the day.
